Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Aseptogel ("we", "platform", or "Aseptogel"), which operates the website https://aseptogel.asia and all related services.

Member Eligibility

Account Registration

During the Aseptogel account registration process, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Details required at registration include your full name (as per your identification card), an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and any other information requested from time to time.

• Information Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur. Inaccurate information may result in delays or rejection of withdrawals.
• Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Aseptogel will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access if you have shared your login details.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Aseptogel reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Documents that may be required include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other supporting documents.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts showing no activity for 180 consecutive days will be considered inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts after this period, as stated in the account notice.

Withdrawals

Aseptogel is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following rules and procedures apply to all members:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM 50. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and between 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfers (DuitNow, FPX). In certain cases such as KYC verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (anti-money laundering policy). For example, if a deposit was made via Touch 'n Go, the withdrawal must be returned to the same Touch 'n Go account.

This section contains specific rules governing football, cricket, other sports, and e-sports betting on the Aseptogel platform.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet for all sports and e-sports categories is RM 10 per wager.
• Official Results: All betting outcomes are based on official results announced by the relevant tournament or league governing body. Aseptogel is not responsible for any discrepancy between live scores displayed on the platform and the final official results.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded. If a match starts but is not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled time, bets are refunded unless a result has already been determined.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted as long as the market remains open. Odds for in-play bets change in real time and Aseptogel is not responsible for any odds fluctuations between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed.

• Money Laundering: Using the Aseptogel platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 365 consecutive days may be closed by Aseptogel after attempts to contact the member have been unsuccessful.

Liability Limit

Aseptogel shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or valid game outcomes.
• Damage, data loss, or service disruption resulting from cyberattacks, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond Aseptogel's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any third-party content or information that may be accessible through the Aseptogel platform.
• Losses arising from betting or gameplay decisions made based on inaccurate information obtained from sources outside the Aseptogel platform.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Aseptogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the website, with the effective date clearly stated.

Where practicable, members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
